This is senior undergraduate course and introduces the students to various important concepts of application of nuclear physics in various fields.The course will start introduction to properties of the nucleus such as Mass, Charge, interaction of radiations with matter and consider some of the important applications of nuclear radiations such as Mossbauer Effect, XRF, PIXE Positron Annihilations Studies, Positron emission Tomography, Food Irradiation and some industrial uses.
